JOB: .Net Lead, Lyndhurst, NJ.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for performing system support and maintenance of the web applications. The role requires significant experience developing web applications using the .Net framework and SQL Server. Good communications skills and organizational skills are required. This position requires working with internal business users and offshore/onshore developers.

The candidate should be well aware of different system development methodologies. They will be expected to participate in development of business requirements, review and respond to business requirements, develop and review technical designs, conduct code review, and provide technical guidance to developers.

The candidate will be involved in providing input and recommendations on software design decisions. Candidate will work with business analysts to clarify requirements and functional specifications as needed and will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical design documents with other team members.

Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of overall software development experience with demonstrated experience developing complex, database driven, and web based software applications.
5+ years experience designing .Net solutions for web based applications
5+ years database development experience (MS SQL Server 2005/2008)
Excellent knowledge of .Net patterns and practices for web application development
Experience with integrated unit testing tools/concepts such as nUnit.
