.Net Developer
Join a reputable company where your experience as a .Net Developer will be ongoing support and enhancement of the company’s in-house product configuration software, currently developed in VB.NET and SQL Server.
This software is used to configure and quote the company’s complex product line.
The candidate will work extensively with the engineering and sales departments to improve the software on a continual basis.
~ Provide training to company personnel on the proper use of the configurator
- Troubleshooting configurator related technical issues
- Assist with interfacing the configurator and other company systems
An ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 5 years experience as Developer with Visual Studio 2008/2010 (VB.NET and/or C#.NET)
- 5 years’ experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 and T-SQL
- Experience with n-tier architecture
- Structural or Mechanical Engineering background
Preferred Experience with:
- AutoCad VBA / CAD
- WPF, WCF, and/or ASP.NET MVC
- Structural or Mechanical Engineering background
- Familiarity with Product Configuration software
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Routings/Bills of Material
