Position title – IT-Project Manager SR

Location –Bedminster, NJ

Job details–



Primary Responsibilities:

Work as a team member of the HR & Payroll Client Account Management (CAM) team.
Strategically and proactively manage client accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels
Gain thorough understanding of client's business needs, objectives, priorities, business benefits and ROI and communicates them to the IT team serving the client.
Working with the Client develops an accurate and aligned priority 1- n list (Ranking the programs in priority order).
Understand the Business benefit of each program including the Return On Investment (ROI) and how the benefit is calculated ( * Q) Price times Quantity
Follow up and track benefits as the programs are implemented using KPI developed in partnering with the Business
Partner with the business to understand the business process change as well as bring to light larger broader Step Function changes that can be achieved with the Programs.


Required Skills & Experience

Work with clients on complex issues requiring innovative solutions
Manage 4 to 6 complex Programs
Minimum of 5 years' experience in PeopleSoft HR and Payroll Modules
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple programs
Strong track record of achieving results in distributed/virtual teams'
Strong executive level presentation and communication skills
Results oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for winning
Experience in remote communication
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, ability to learn new technology or processes quickly is a plus
Must be able communicate effectively both written and verbal to groups of people and/or individuals at all levels of an organization.
Need strong ability to prioritize work effectively; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must be motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
Must possess a high level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Must work well under pressure
Make strategic decisions
Must be able to identify and clearly communicate any obstacles to the planned success of any program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs


Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in delivering large complicated programs
Understanding of HR and Payroll system inter dependencies
Understanding of the IT SDLC and risk midigation

Job Function

Functional Expert:Acts independently or member of a highly skilled technical team responsible for fulfilling complex business requirements with the implementation of reliable & efficient automated solutions; may be enterprise wide initiatives.

Education and Experience
