Understanding Non-Functional requirements for the Project
3+ years in Work Force Management Performance Testing.
Kronos experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Monitoring.
Extensive knowledge of performance testing tools.
Estimating change requests
Perform Risk – Mitigation Analysis and recommend a Mitigation plan


Experience Required


10+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities

:

Provide a detailed Risk-Mitigation analysis for the project
Using the requirement management tool to generate test cases from the Non Functional requirements
Co-ordinate with the Business Clients for Performance Test.
Identifying and building Performance Test scenarios
Preparing Test Strategy and Plan.


Generic Managerial Skills
Strong communication skills across multiple levels
Education-Professional Degree
