Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description:
Looking for a strong experienced Project Manager with hands on project management experience (5-6 years), with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
must be extremely strong with MS Project - experience building out detailed project schedules with detailed task level plans.
must have experience managing projects within Waterfall / Agile methodologies
must be able work independently and have great conflict resolution experience
Outstanding communication, customer service, and negotiation skills are required
financial industry experience and technical background in enterprise level is a plus
must also be very collaborative and able to work in a team atmosphere, work across different groups to get things done.
should be able to ask for, and provide, critical feedback when necessary
Position Responsibility
The project manager will be responsible for driving multiple enterprise level projects and all of the related day-to-day project management responsibilities.
The Candidate Will Be Required To
Coordinate the activities of the IT, Clients, Vendor, and project team members
Manage identification, management and resolution of project risks, issues, and dependencies
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations and status reports for management
Build, own and maintain detailed project plan and all project artifacts
Assess and continually monitor project progress and financial performance
Present weekly / monthly communications regarding project schedule and financials
Enforce a strict project management discipline to insure a structured and effective implementation
Ensure compliance with  project methodology guidelines
Coordinate generation and collection of project artifacts
Maintain team collaboration and documentation site.

EXPERIENCE - Financial industry experience and technical background in enterprise level is a plus.
Also these projects are for Adobe and Biztalk upgrade project so if someone has experience in any of the two will be plus.
