Job Description:
Generalist/Recruiter who will initially assist with current restructuring in Operations. This person will work with HR BP on de-selection/tools. Looking for a candidate who has experience participating in restructuring. In September, this role will become a Recruiter role filling in for a maternity leave. This person will support open requisitions for AW s Mid-Atlantic region. Roles will include operations, finance, customer service.
Primary Role:
Responsible for recruitment efforts for open positions for defined client group, consistent with Talent Acquisition framework and comply with Labor laws and government and industry regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
Manages multiple recruitment-related relationships with hiring managers as well as internal and external managers.
Identifies the need and creates creative employment advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Utilizes creative sourcing techniques and manages multiple sourcing relationships.
Pre-screens, and, possibly, interviews and selects, and recommends candidate pool to present to hiring manager.
Supports line manager in negotiation of employment salary and terms with candidate and extends offer and ensures that all candidate data is
entered into the Applicant Tracking System and appropriate checks (e.g. background, references) are carried out.
Provides recruitment support and advice to HR Business Partners.
Facilitates contingent workforce recruitment for defined client group.
Manages local talent acquisition vendor relationships.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Knowledge:
Skills: Strong communication skills, strong team working as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to collaborate with virtual teams and also face to face, and to provide excellent internal customer service. Must be able to deliver results.
Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of key human resources including recruiting, employment law, and basic skills in performance management and employee development.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years recruiting experience of all levels of employment
