Content Engineer
As a member of Commercial Training & Development, the Content Engineer is responsible for partnering with external vendors and internal teams such as Sales Operations, Field Sales and HR to administer and support the delivery of training programs through the Sanofi Meeting Management System.
Responsibilities:
Coordination with internal groups and external Agencies to develop training materials in compliance with Sanofi's Content Development Guidelines
Providing technical assistance and consultation to agencies developing training programs.
Creation of meeting content in Meeting Management System tool. This includes attendee assignment and creation of meeting objects such as tracks, agendas, logistics, workshops, tests, surveys and polls.
Creation and testing of assessments in Saba Learning Management System
Coordination with Saba Learning Management System
Skills:
Candidate must be a self-starter and quick learner.
Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong coordination skills, especially across internal and external teams.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Two years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with agencies is a plus.
Experience with Learning Management Systems or corporate training is a plus.
