Position: Project Manager HRMS/HCM

Description:
A Project Manager with Business Analysis skills in HRMS / HCM. The duration of the position is 8 – 12 months.

Additional information:
Business Intelligence team is working with HR on a Human Capital Management system.They are currently looking at SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions from companies such as Workday and ADP.
Experience with ADP and/or Workday is a nice to have.
The position is more management and requirements related.
Understanding of HRMS is required.
Prior experience with HR systems or implementing an HR Saas solution is preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with IT, HR and solution providers
Develop project plan
Organize meetings, resources
Drive team towards selection
Implement solution with solution provider
